Do you rember the Polaroids? A unique picture appearing after a few seconds under your eyes only… magical. Often the colors where approximative but the frozen moment was kept eternally. The smartphone is about reconciling with spontaneous photography. Finding ways around the limitations of the device such as the slight delay of the trigger or this approximative white balance. In short having fun and above all the pictures shall not be croppped or photoshoped in any way… a treat to the eye!

Vous vous souvenez des Polaroids ? La magie de voir une image unique apparaître en quelques instants sous vos yeux. Des couleurs souvent approximatives, mais un instant figé pour l’éternité. Le smartphone m’a réconcilié avec la photographie spontanée. Déjouer les contraintes de l’appareil tel que ce léger retard au déclenchement ou cette balance des blancs approximative. Bref s’amuser et surtout ne pas recadrer ni retoucher les images obtenues… un régal !

Erinnern Sie sich an der Polaroids? Der Zauber einer Bilderscheinung nach einigen Sekunden vor Euren Augen. Annähernden Farben aber ein für die Ewigkeit festgehaltenes Augenblick. Der Smartphone hat mich mit der spontanen Fotografie versöhnt. Spielen mit der Einschänkungen des Gerätes wie diese leichte Verzögerung beim auslösen oder dieser ungefähre Weissabgleich. Nun kurz gesagt: Spielen und das Bild ja nicht schneiden oder in Photoshop überarbeiten… ein Fest für die Augen!
